CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE - STARHUB

Fungsi kerja :

    CALL CENTER OFFICER ( INBOUND )

Responshible :

    - Handle incoming cals
    - Give information for any phone inquire
    - Do the administrative work after / during the call For 24 hour

Persyaratan :

    - Women 29 years old
    - Minimum graduate school
    - Keyboard skill
    - English active ( must )
    - Good voice quality and clear articulation
    - High motivation person
    - Service oriented to the customer

Kemampuan :

    - Good Telephony Manner
    - Good Communication and Listening Skill
